Tyler's Song: Track One

I (Allison) chose this song from Tyler's cd. When I first heard it, I was immediately drawn to it. I could see the men and women that we work with saying(or singing) those exact words mainly to churches. There is a stigma on the street when it comes to churches, with their "quick-fix it" answers. The thought - "what do you know without walking a mile in my shoes." is often thought. The complaints of being given a bible verse and sandwich quickly and abruptly without knowing their name but presumably knowing the quick solution to their lives. I chose this song as a reminder to walk alongside one and learn life from their viewpoint is the first step into helping and sharing Christ's love.
